The association of rollers and hose-guides combines several
advantages : the roller rolls on the hose without damaging it,
the hose-guide increases the squeezed surface area as well
as enabling the roller to act on the hose more gradually.

The roller/hose-guide combination increases hose lifetime and
requires lower installed power as well as a smaller quantity of
lubricant.

The pump hose is fastened with clamped collars, which
facilitates pump assembly and disassembly. Since the number
of parts involved in connection is considerably reduced, the
hose replacement time is cut right back by almost 70%.

  • Rollers :
    The rollers are mounted on a self-lubricating ring of
    composite material. This assembly ensures that the rollers
    will turn freely throughout
  • Hose guide :
    Designed in E24 steel, the hose guide increases the
    squeezed surface area of the hose and so allows for a
    lengthened hose lifetime
  • Connections :
    Clamped collars ensures greater leak-tightness under
    depression while facilitating rapid replacement of the pump
    hose
  • Hoses :
    Hoses are available in three materials : natural rubber
    (NR), ethylene propylene (EPDM) and nitrile (NBR)
  • Optional equipment :
    Pulsation dampers, vacuum unit (for DL55 pump only) and

    The pump hose is the only part in direct contact with the pumped product. This eliminates all corrosion problems associated with acidic or basic products.
  • Easy and low cost maintenance

    The particularly simple connection system of the Z series pumps allows for a very quick replacement of the pump hose (pumps are never stopped more than a fifteen minutes except for yearly overhauls).
  • Easy and fast cleaning

    The pump hose can be cleaned very easily due to its straight-through design. Rapid batch changes (colour, flavour, product,? can thus take place with minimal downtime, the use of sponge balls is also possible.
