Providing efficiency with minimum product degradation.
The profile gives a smooth gentle pumping action with
good solids handling characteristics.
* All product wetted part in AISI 316L type stainless
steel
Integral suction and discharge ports can be screwed or
flanged to match installation requirements.
* Flush front cover and rotor retention device
Combined with the fully swept pump chamber, minimizes
areas of product entrapment within the pump head.
* Full range of packed gland and mechanical seal available
* Precision helical gear
Synchronize rotors maintaining pump head clearances and
timing. The gear design allows for the timing of the rotors
to be adjusted.

The
PCM CONCEPT SQ series was designed to eliminate
potential product-retaining areas in the flow path
through the pump and, where required, to provide the
facility for permanent sterile barriers at all product/atmosphere
interfaces. Exceeding the stringent requirements of
the EHEDG CIP test protocol, the PCM CONCEPT SQ
series is the definitive pump for critical hygiene
applications and those requiring aseptic, sterile
or clean process environments.

to 3A and FDA standards and EHEDG certified.
The European Hygienic Equipment Design Group (EHEDG)
is an EEC "QUANGO" (Quasi-autonomous non-governmental
organization) sponsored by many of the major food and
pharmaceutical process equipment manufacturers. The
EHEDG sets the safety and cleanliness standards for
process plant and equipment.
The SQ pump was tested at the Campden and Chorleywood
Food Research Association (CCFRA), an independent research
laboratory in England.
